GUIDELINES
Program guidelines

Mentorship and leave
Trainees will be assigned a mentor who will provide on-the-job training and continuous guidance.
Trainees are eligible for all national holidays and earn 1 day of leave for every four weeks of work.

Evaluation and feedback
A final performance evaluation will be conducted based on the goals and objectives set at the start of the training period.
Regular feedback will be provided throughout the program to support learning, reduce the learning curve, and enable timely improvements when needed.

Commitment
Trainees are expected to commit a minimum of 24 hours per week, actively participate in team and project work, attend all project meetings, and contribute effectively to communication and workload sharing within the team.

Volunteer-based program
This is a volunteer-based internship. If a trainee's behavior or performance is found to be unsatisfactory, they may be dismissed from the program without prior notice.
