Guidelines

• Trainees will be assigned a mentor who will provide on-the-job training and continuous guidance.

• Trainees are eligible for all national holidays and earn 1 day of leave for every four weeks of work.

• A final performance evaluation will be conducted based on the goals and objectives set at the start of the training period.

• Regular feedback will be provided throughout the program to support learning, reduce the learning curve, and enable timely improvements when needed.

• Trainees are expected to commit a minimum of 24 hours per week, actively participate in team and project work, attend all project meetings, and contribute effectively to communication and workload sharing within the team.

• This is a volunteer-based internship. If a trainee's behavior or performance is found to be unsatisfactory, they may be dismissed from the program without prior notice.
